Biography
I was born in Santurce, Puerto Rico and moved to Florida with my parents in 1985 and have called Florida home ever since. I graduated from West Orange High School and Valencia Community College and currently taking courses at Phoenix University. I began working at the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World as a food and beverage and an attraction hostess and after short time I was accepted as a Guest Relations Hostess and also selected to be a VIP tour guide after only 6 months in the department. The main thing that my 15 year Career at Disney taught me is to give my clients 100% of my attention and give everyone top-notch quality Star & VIP treatment. If their is something I do not know; I will research and find the answer.
I moved to the Clermont in 2003 with my husband of 19 years and 2 children. I have seen first hand how this area has changed from a sleepy little community to the bustling city, while still keeping its culture and small town . As a mom, I am very much in touch with the school system and differences in school options in education as well as youth programs available. I know how important it is for Children to have a quality education. Since 2004, I have been involved in Girl Scouts from a troop leader to troop and school coordinator; to service unit co-manager.
Since 2009, I have been a FULL TIME, Full Service Realtor assisting Buyers and Sellers in the Central Florida area. I specialize specializes in the residential aspect of Real Estate such as new homes, resales, townhomes, condominiums, single family, acreage, short sales and foreclosures, lakefront, golf course, and existing homes. Since then, I have assisted countless families to own a piece of the “American Dream”; and to achieve their goals of selling their homes at Top-dollar in the prime areas of Central Florida such as Heathrow, Lake Mary, Sanford, Orlando, Ocoee, Windermere, Oakland, Winter Garden, Kissimmee, Poinciana, Davenport, Clermont, Minneola, Groveland, Mascotte, Bushnell, and the Disney Area.
I was recognized during my first year out of all of the Realtors in Lake and Sumter Counties as the rookie of the year in 2009 and million and Multi-Million dollar producer consistently every year since then. So far in 2014 I am close to achieving 3 million dollars worth of sales. I believe that staying educated and up to date with changes in the Real Estate market; as well as using the latest in Technology and a fresh marketing approach is the best way to assist clients in selling and purchasing their homes. Throughout the years earning certifications for Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Certified Short Sale Professional (CSP), REOS, and Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS). I have the knowledge and experienced in the markets of short sales and foreclosures, new home sales and listing in neighborhoods with direct competition from builders .
I believe in giving my client the very best in service and quality for her clients and wants to ensure complete satisfaction from her clients. I like to nurture the relationship with clients in order to make relationships that last.
Apart from work, I love spending time with my family, the outdoors, camping, beach, wine, cooking, traveling and cruising.
