Hello! As a Registered Nurse who has served your community for over 20 years, I am happy to introduce my new service to the area, real estate. If you know me, them you are aware that my husband and I have bought, improved and sold homes in YOUR neighborhood.
In the brief time I have been licensed, I have been made aware of the struggles of people AT OR NEAR RETIREMENT AGE, who may want to sell or move, and do not wish to take out a new 30 year mortgage. I CAN PROVIDE A VERY VALUABLE SERVICE to you and your family, by introducing you to the HECM, a federally insured program for FHA financing, designed for buyers aged 62 and over.
