Brian Madsen – ” Expect More – Expect The Best “As part of the EXIT Real Estate Property Solutions Team, Brian began his career in real estate back in March of 1993 with ERA Realty in Pennsylvania. Since then he has had an entrepreneurial spirit opening many small businesses throughout the years: that includes Nu-Finish Reglazing & Repair , Rhino Tub Refinishing, & Custom Closet Creations. Brian relocated to beautiful Port Orange area 16 years ago from Pennsylvania. He has raised 4 children, 3 boys and one girl. He has a special calling for working with the handicapped/ special needs clients, because his first child was born with downs syndrome. So his journey in life has been side by side with many special needs children and adults. He is a strong advocate for the early intervention of handicapped children.Brian has spent the last 12 years in the advertising business right here in Volusia County. He knows the area well from servicing his hundreds of clients over the years. He is well respected and admired throughout the business community for helping so many of the small businesses grow right here in our local community.
