Biography
Cathy is a busy wife and mother that has been in the construction and real estate industry for over 30 years. Starting as an admin secretary for Rick Koehnemann, one of Bay County’s finest builders and men who encouraged her ambition to learn and grow in the predominately male construction industry as well as the ever evolving real estate field. She completed her higher education with a Bachelor’s Degree in construction management and also holds the status of Certified Residential Specialist / CRS. The CRS designation is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers, and broker
In 2005, she began an independent construction and real estate firm, providing affordable and energy efficient single family homes, proudly assisting people in reaching their dream of home-ownership.
Cathy continues to keep herself at the forefront of the real estate industry with continued education. She is Licensed Building Contractor, a Certified Real Estate Specialist as well as the HECM Certified Real Estate Agent and specializes in FHA, VA and works closely with the USDA housing program as well as local and county and city affordable housing programs. Cathy serves on the Affordable Housing Task Force of Bay County, as she works to ensure home-ownership available to everyone.
