Lawrence “Kent” Adcock
Throughout his more than 35 year career, real estate has been an integral part of Kent’s DNA. His background in market research combined with his history as a developer/contractor of single and multi-family housing programs and properties enable Kent to assist his clients in providing the “housing solution” that is right for you and your situation. Kent is uniquely positioned to help his clients navigate through the maze of opportunities that exist in today’s real estate market.
In his spare time Kent may be found enjoying central Florida’s great lakes, rivers and coastal areas fishing or playing golf. Kent and his wife Melanie have decided to support each closing with a donation to one of 3 local charities.
1) Habitat for Humanity of Lake-Sumter, FL provides opportunity for homeownership to those willing to invest and work for the privilege of being a homeowner.
2) Lake Cares Food Pantry serves Mount Dora and the Golden Triangle area with food and services to those who truly need nutritional support in the midst of challenging situations.
3) Lake County Sheriff’s Animal Services Dept. helps rescue and provide pet adoption services. Our motivation comes from our own pet-Boudreaux-who help’s light the way, even when times may be a bit gloomy.
