I began my real estate career in Tampa, Florida in 2004 during a very volatile real estate market. As I watched property values sky-rocket and inflated equity benefit buyers and sellers, I was also a witness to the harsh correction that followed. As a Realtor, a small business owner, and as a local resident, it was a very educational time that led to a great deal of change in how we handle real estate today. I am fortunate to have been able to endure and help the buyers and sellers I worked with manage and navigate short sales, foreclosures and eventually regain their financial position in real estate. I have a very conservative perspective to real estate investment, whether it is your personal home or a property management portfolio. Minimizing risk and helping clients make informed decisions is my focus.
