Marsella is originally from South America and moved to Lake County in 1998 with her “Prince Charming” husband, who is an Urbanist City Planner. Over the years, Marsella has helped countless clients buy and sell their homes, and still maintains relationships with many of them. Her clients range from local to international. She prides herself on helping her clients have a stress-free experience. She recognizes that real estate transactions can be complicated, and her patience and knowledge in helping clients make the right decisions has translated into a stellar reputation within the industry.

Marsella is passionate about her family, including her two children, who are attending Lake Sumter State College. She volunteers for youth group mentoring at her church, as well as Vacation Bible School.

Experience

Marsella became a Real Estate professional in 2003. Her passion for real estate led her to focus on serving the community in The Villages, joining Properties of The Villages in 2004. Marsella was always intrigued by the success and dedication of the Morris Realty & Investments team. In 2015, she decided to become a part of the Morris Realty family, believing that she could better serve her clients utilizing the multitude of resources Morris Realty offers. She maintains her education constantly though State- mandated continuing education courses and real estate seminars.
