Biography
Originally from Ponce, Puerto Rico, Ivan has lived in Florida for 21 years. 13 of those years in Orlando and Central Florida and 8 previous years in the Miami, Fort Lauderdale area. Ivan worked for seven years here in Orlando in the hospitality industry in vacation ownership sales with top world known brands as Marriott and Hilton. Later he directed the International Sales Division for the Home Depot, USA for eight years in the Miami Area. He returned to Orlando in 2008 when he founded his own company selling building materials worldwide, developing and promoting international resorts. Ivan has a great background and knowledge in the construction world and knows the Orlando area real well.
Ivan’s expertise lies in the identification of housing opportunities, investment opportunities as well as great buys for the people relocating and moving within the Orlando region. Ivan has a Bachelors Degree and a Masters Degree (MBA) in Business Administration and is a member of the National Board of Realtors (REALTOR) as well as a member of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association (ORRA).
