Innovative Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker with several years of experience of the buying /selling Residential Real Estate including New Construction,Single Family, Condos and Vacation Homes. I also specialize in Short Sales helping homeowners in distress and Lieu of foreclosure; initiating and negotiating the complicated process with lenders on their behalf and procuring up to $10,000 in relocation assistance.
My goal is to work closely and effectively with Investors,Sellers and Buyers through-out the state of Florida by sharing my in depth knowledge and expertise that I have obtained over the years with associations,organizations, Lenders and Home builders which helps to make the buying /selling process seamless.
As a member of the National Association of Realtor’s, I subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics, maintaining a high level of expertise in the industry with a commitment to treat all parties to a transaction honestly and fairly.
Having a Real Estate Broker’s license my education goes beyond the agent level required by state laws that is benificial to my customers when it comes to negotiations and understanding the terms of the purchase and sale agreements.
